- Understand that it is possible for colored titanium / surgical steel jewelry to somewhat fade, most commonly due to misuse.
- In case you have received a damaged item, contact us on the same day of receiving your order to be refunded in the form of a coupon code.
- In case your jewelry gets damaged within one month of placing your order, contact us immediately so you can return your jewelry. Upon inspecting that any damage is not due to misuse, you will be refunded in the form of a coupon code.
